The Eucharistical chalice with golden or silver plated finishing is the most ancient symbol of Christian liturgy, which consacrates the wine in the Holy Blood of Christ. The product is realized in laboratory and it is made of copper and brass.
The cup can also be made of silver and then gilded. All chalice cups are gilded internally, while externally they can be gilded or silvered (in that case they are considered as two-tone cups).
Chalices are externally protected (not inside the bowl) by a transparent Vitrex oven-baked varnish, in order to save them from fingerprints, dust and humidity.
Personalised Chalises can be made entirely of silver with the possibility of engraving a dedication.
