A handmade candle crafted from wax taken from the altar of our church, imbued with our prayers and set in an elegant, natural-coloured ceramic teardrop-shaped bowl, bearing the Antica Spezieria logo.
The flame has always been a symbol of vigilance and faith, but it also reminds us that we are called to be a light, to let the gifts with which we have been blessed shine forth: “You are the light of the world; a city set on a hill cannot be hidden, nor do people light a lamp and put it under a bushel, but on a stand, and so it gives light to all in the house” (cf. Mt 5:14-15).
A candle that becomes a testimony to a love received and given back, and which seeks to burn once more in our homes as a gesture of care, prayer and beauty.
The scent they contain, of flowers or orange blossom, makes the experience even more pleasant and multi-sensory.
