Bronze Sculpture of Dante Alighieri

Metal, Bronze
A new sculpture was born from the iconography of tradition, which calls the direct attetion of the observer, inviting him to walk the same path of inner research. What makes it alive are the colours, the placement on the ground without a base, the book facing the viewer and the value of a message that is still nowadays important, even after 700 years from his death. This sculpture is exhibited at the Church of Sant'Elena in Verona, where the Supreme Poet read his dissertation "Quaestio de aqua et terra", this sculpture is intended to be a symbol of our admiration for his work and the link between Dante and the city of Verona.
