Luke's Gospel: a reading guide

H.E. Monsignor Nazzareno Marconi, an eminent biblical scholar, based on the volume "Luke's Gospel. A reading guide" (Editrice Shalom 2019), proposes a new literal translation of Luke's Gospel, closer to the original texts.
This choice invites the reader to pay a closer attention to the words, counscious of the fact that the text comes to us from a historical distance of two millennia.
Commenting on each chapter in a deep and, at the same time, comprehensible way for all, Monsignor Marconi introduces a more attentive and personal first reading of the text, with the hope of helping the simple faithful to discover the extraordinary richness and beauty of Luke's Gospel which, after two thousand of years, continues to fascinate not only believers, but every man who, reading its pages with love and passion, accepts the challenge to set out guided by the Word.
