OMNES GENTES Our brand is inspired by Psalm 117, “Laudate Dominum omnes gentes” — “Praise the Lord, all you nations” — which invites every people to praise God for His love and His faithfulness. Our brand also seeks to celebrate the beauty of the diversity of peoples, including through the names of our Collections in different languages. It is a message that reminds us of the greatest truth: each one of us is loved by a Love that transcends us, the infinite Love of God, who is Father, Our Father. Our collections are born from the desire to bring the intimacy of faith back to the center through hand-painted wooden roundels inspired by the Renaissance, transforming the circular form into a contemporary sign of faith and beauty. IMA COLLECTION In the Ima Collection, each roundel is a small universe of Marian love. The smile of the Virgin illuminates the artworks with trust and tenderness, reminding us of the beauty of returning to God. The roundels of the Ima Collection unite peoples under the same maternal gaze, since the word ima in Aramaic means “mother,” the word with which Jesus lovingly addressed His Mother, the Virgin Mary. Through these roundels, the IMA COLLECTION thus becomes a symbolic journey through Marian devotions spread across the world: from Our Lady of Lourdes to Our Lady of Guadalupe, from Our Lady of Kibeho to Our Lady of Peace in Korea. Each artwork pays homage to a different face of the same Mother, uniting traditions and peoples under one maternal gaze. FRIENDS COLLECTION The Friends Collection (the English word meaning “friends”) celebrates the Communion of Saints, the living bond that unites us with the “friends of Heaven.” Jesus Himself first called us friends and invites us to see in the Saints a great family that continues to accompany and support us, reminding us that holiness is an open invitation to everyone and that no one is ever alone. In IMA and FRIENDS, prayer becomes a path of return to God, the way back home when “evening falls.” Each wooden roundel is accompanied by the prayer associated with the Virgin Mary or the Saint depicted. The circular shape, rooted in the Italian artistic tradition, thus represents the welcoming embrace: the embrace of the Mother, the embrace of the Saints, the very embrace of God. 100% MADE IN ITALY CRAFTSMANSHIP Handcrafted work has a unique and irreplaceable value for us: every gesture leaves a personal mark, every imperfection tells a story, and in the age of technology and automation, we want to continue giving meaning to our hands. Freehand drawing and artisanal painting, carried out with contemplative gestures, make each roundel a one-of-a-kind piece. The designs are the result of careful Marian and hagiographic iconographic research spanning all five continents. Made from Italian wood and finished with high-quality materials, our 100% Made in Italy creations accompany the meaningful moments of life. They can be hung or displayed thanks to a wooden boat-shaped stand, which evokes the Church sailing across the sea of history. We place craftsmanship at the heart of every phase of the creative process in order to make invisible beauty visible.
